The Book Biennial of Minas Gerais, an event that opens the literary schedule of the state in 2010, has confirmed presence.
Rubem Alves, one of the main publishing phenomena of Brazil, was elected to join the team of authors invited to take part in the second edition of the event, which is held on May 14 to 23, at Expominas, in Belo Horizonte.
Rubem Alves, who usually attract hundreds of people in his lectures, will also be present in a special edition of the Literary Café, to be held in a theatre with capacity for 600 people. The debate, named "O que é a Pedagogia dos Caracóis?", is held on May 19 (Wednesday), at 07:30 p.m..
